Can locations be in different countries?
Yes. Each location keeps its own IANA time zone and reporting schedule. Employment, biometric, tax and privacy rules still need local review for each country.
A multi-location time clock has to do two opposite things: give the owner one view of every site, and keep each site's staff, managers and hours separate. PunchMan does both from a single account.
Owners see every location and switch between them from the top bar. Managers see only the locations you assign them, and nothing of the rest. Who is on shift now, timesheets, corrections, reports and the activity log all follow the location you are looking at.
PunchMan is priced per location: $38.99 a month each, with no per-employee fees and no plan limits on employees, managers or shifts. Opening a new site means adding a location and putting its kiosk link on a tablet there.
